01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkr298 website located at https://pkr298.cam and all associated pages, features, content and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by pkr298 and is designed as an English-language online betting and live casino information service for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

02 Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

03 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or any legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that party to these Terms.

pkr298 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

04 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator or applicable licence jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times during continued use.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the Platform or any associated service.
• You are not a current employee, agent, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of pkr298 or its Operators, where such access creates a conflict of interest.
• Your account registration information is accurate, current and complete. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

pkr298 and its Operators reserve the right to request identity documentation, proof of age, proof of address, source-of-funds documentation and any other information required to complete KYC verification at any time, without prior notice. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of funds pending investigation.

05 Account Registration & Management

5.1 Single Account Rule

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

5.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your account access with any other person. pkr298 and its Operators will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account at any time, you must notify the support team immediately via the Help Center or by email at [email protected].

5.3 Account Verification

pkr298 and its Operators operate a strict KYC policy in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) requirements. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

5.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed in accordance with the Operator's current withdrawal procedures. Accounts subject to open bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations may not be immediately closed.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Operator at the time of the transaction. Familiar local references in the Pakistan market include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are contextual only and do not constitute confirmation that any of these providers endorse, facilitate or support gambling transactions. Payment availability, minimum deposit amounts and processing timelines vary by Operator and payment provider.

All deposits are credited in the currency supported by your Account. PKR figures displayed on the Platform are illustrative examples unless confirmed within your account dashboard. Exchange rate fluctuations, conversion fees and intermediary charges may apply.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: completed KYC verification; no outstanding active bonus wagering requirements; and compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing timelines as set by the Operator. pkr298 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times or regulatory holds.

Withdrawals may be subject to a mandatory review period. During this period, the Operator may request additional documentation. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for deposit may require additional verification.

6.3 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Where supported by the Operator, deposits and withdrawals in BTC, ETH or USDT may be available. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network confirmation times and network fees, which are beyond the control of pkr298. The volatile nature of cryptocurrency exchange rates means that the PKR value of a crypto deposit may differ from the PKR value at the time of withdrawal. pkr298 makes no representation regarding the legal status of cryptocurrency transactions in Pakistan.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentives offered on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×). Until this requirement is fulfilled, bonus-derived winnings remain non-withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, placing wagers exceeding the maximum permitted bonus bet amount may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirement fulfilment. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each promotion is available once per user, household, IP address, device and payment method.
• Abuse Prevention: pkr298 and its Operators reserve the right to withhold, adjust or cancel bonuses where evidence of abuse, exploitation or coordinated betting activity is identified.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary user use.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any activity designed to exploit the Platform's odds or bonus systems.
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions, IP blocking or VPN detection measures.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform in connection with any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written authorisation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design — is the property of pkr298 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: modification or copying of Platform content; use of content for commercial purposes; systematic extraction of any Platform data; or removal of any copyright or proprietary notices.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr298 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. pkr298 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

pkr298 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party Operators, payment providers, game studios or data suppliers. Any disputes arising from gambling transactions must be addressed directly with the relevant Operator through their designated disputes resolution process.

11 Responsible Gambling

pkr298 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses or resolving debt.

• Users must be 18 years of age or older (or the higher minimum required by the Operator or licence jurisdiction) to access gambling services.
• Deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits are available in your account settings and are strongly encouraged.
• Self-exclusion — the ability to temporarily or permanently block your own account from accessing gambling services — is available upon request and will be actioned promptly.
• Never chase losses. If you have reached your budget for a session, close the Platform and step away.
• Do not gamble when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or significant emotional distress.

12 Termination

pkr298 and its Operators reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred; (c) the user poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require such action.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in a terminated Account following investigation and resolution of any outstanding matters will be returned to you via a permitted payment method, subject to applicable AML/KYC verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Users in Pakistan are advised that local courts may apply Pakistani law to disputes arising from activities conducted in or affecting Pakistan. Seeking independent legal advice before proceeding with any formal dispute is recommended.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pkr298 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where a change is material in nature, pkr298 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 5.4.
